The Sky Solve

In the near future world has face with Some problems .First the Water resources has finished and a war start for the war than they find another planet called which contains water and people send spaceships to  Winwa but the problem was Winwa has  contains its on species aliens and they are advanced civilization. When people try to drain water from them they started a war called Sky War. The Sky War has been damaging the both sides since nearly 40 years both sides has giving lots of looses. It needs to end.
